GLO Science offers a 30-day, 100% money back guarantee on our GLO Brilliant personal teeth-whitening device purchased from gloscience.com.*  If you are dissatisfied with the purchase of your GLO Brilliant device you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  After 30 days, please refer to our GLO Science warranty policy. Please call customer service at 855-456-5976 to make arrangements for the return. 

GLO Science will send return labels to Continental U.S. addresses only. If you live outside the U.S., you will be responsible for the shipping charges back to our warehouse.
